Small group or private, movement & strength training sessions.
Movement sessions aimed at improving footwork, agility, and overall body coordination needed in the game of hockey.
Strength sessions teach the fundamentals of resistance training and how to safely lift weights. These classes are a learning experience and often done privately or in a semi-private setting. Athletes will understand how to competently weight train to aid in on-ice performance
