Speed & Agility Classes

Aimed at improving athletes footwork, change of direction ability, and overall body coordination needed to move well and fast in the game of hockey.


Strength Sessions

Strength sessions teach the fundamentals of resistance training and how to safely lift weights.  

These sessions are a learning experience and often done privately or in a semi-private setting.

Athletes will understand why and how to competently weight train to aid in on-ice performance.
